AMITA Health Community Mental Health Center Chicago offers broad and convenient outpatient behavioral health services for people in the Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village and Humboldt Park area, serving ages 4 through older adults. In addition to those listed, we also provide services for bipolar disorder, dementia, postpartum disorders, school anxiety/refusal, self-injury, and schizophrenia.
