Service Description
Community Reach Center can help you or your loved one address any type of mental health concern including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, substance use disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or upset related to a traumatic event. Individual and group counseling is available. This location also offers substance use services. The Brighton outpatient location is located in Brighton, Colorado and offers sliding scale options in addition to taking insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Intake assessments at this location for new clients are available on a scheduled basis on Tuesdays between 8:00 and 10:45am.
