Service Description
Esperanza provides bilingual, high quality primary care, behavioral health and wellness services to the community, regardless of immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay. For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding scale fee, which is based on your income, of $30 to $85 for comprehensive healthcare services or a $5 to $45 fee for behavioral health counseling. If you are unsure if you would qualify for reduced fees or would have difficulty paying them, please give us a call. We will work with you.
