Hall-Mercer Community Center is committed to providing quality behavioral health care services to members of our community, and in particular to vulnerable and underserved populations in Philadelphia.

We strive to be a center of excellence by providing services which foster recovery early in life and throughout the lifespan, and by educating clinical staff to established best practices, as well as to innovative approaches to behavioral health care, recovery, and wellness.

Our mission is to ensure access to effective treatments and holistic supports which promote essential skills for living, working, learning and participating in our communities.
