ANAD’s Peer Support Mentorship Program offers free eating disorder support online. If you are struggling with an eating disorder and motivated for recovery, consider requesting a mentor for compassionate, one-one-one support.

ANAD’s free, eating disorder support groups provide a virtual space where people can come together and find community in recovery. Support groups are often a first step for people who struggle with eating disorders or for their parents and caregivers.
