SuperBetter is a game application developed to help improve physical, mental, emotional, and social resilience in young adults and adults. It’s game-like design can be configured to a user’s particular goals and includes activities and strategies related to nutrition, mental resilience, exercise, and social interaction. Users can specify an “epic win” and additional “future boosts” which are varying levels of life/health goals a person may wish to achieve through the use of the application. Users can earn points by completing activities/strategies and by battling “bad guys”—which are habits harmful to mental/physical health.
