I offer 60 minute psychotherapy sessions for individuals and couples on a sliding fee scale ($0 – $80/hr depending on income and family size) and a DBT graduate group online for $10/session. (Pro bono services are limited to 20% of my case load.) For DBT graduate group, individuals must have completed a comprehensive DBT program previously.

The Regis Center for Counseling and Family Therapy offers in-person low to no-cost counseling services for members of our surrounding community and teletherapy to anyone in Colorado. As a client at the Center for Counseling and Family Therapy, you will develop an authentic and growth-oriented relationship with your therapist, while growing your own base of life skills derived from the latest research and best practices offered in the field. Please note that this service asks for you to be recorded during your sessions, as this provides real-time feedback for the therapist to evaluate their skills along with their supervisor. Service Description:
The Raimy Psychology Clinic at the University of Colorado provides affordable psychological treatment to adults in the Boulder County area, including University of Colorado students, faculty and staff. For psychotherapy, graduate student therapists work with individuals and couples for a wide variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, eating/body image concerns, family and relationship difficulties. In addition, the clinic offers specialty services including neuropsychological assessments for a range of cognitive disorders in adults that may arise from injury, disease or disability, and assessments of ADHD, learning disabilities, and other cognitive, emotional, and behavioral difficulties for children and adolescents. Fees for psychotherapy are determined according to the Clinic’s sliding fee scale and are based upon the client’s gross annual income (documentation required). The intake evaluation is required for all clients, but is conducted at no charge. Fees for treatment must be paid at the time of each session by check or cash. Fees are based on client’s income and range from $15 to $70 per session.
