We provide several areas of specialized treatment. We use several different intervention techniques including CBT and DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Seeking Safety curriculum. Some common issues we provide services for include depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. We currently provide all of our services via telehealth. Sessions provided by supervised clinical interns are offered at a $20-50 per session.

The Institute for Family Health’s (IFH) mission is to improve access to high quality, patient-centered primary health care targeted to the needs of medically underserved communities. They develop and operate community health care centers throughout the New York area that include primary care, behavioral health, dental, and social services.
