We are a group practice offering emotional and relationship support for teens, adults, couples and families. We’re glad you’re here! It is hard to heal and grow when you are feeling alone and overwhelmed. We believe clients heal within a safe, connected relationship with a sensitive and skilled therapist. Our therapists are skilled at creating a safe and spacious relationship where clients feel seen, supported and understood. We specialize in grief, attachment, high sensitivity, in addition to other concerns. We also offer DBT groups for teens that are $40 a session.
