Clarity Counseling Services offers therapy to adolescents and adults with a focus on anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, stress management and trauma related issues including dissociative disorders. I meet the client where they are and adjust my techniques and skills to treat each client as the individual they are. I utilize therapy tools, coaching, life skills, and creative arts to help my clients move to a place of better integration and wellness. I am EMDR Trained and incorporate mindfulness, CBT, DBT, coaching and humanistic approaches in each session. At Clarity CS we provide individual therapy sessions for clients aged 15 and above.
