Service Description
Community Clinic proudly offers integrated behavioral health care services to our patients who are established with our primary care, women’s health, or dental programs. We offer brief, behaviorally focused interventions that have been proven to improve our patients’ health and wellness. Our behavioral health program also provides psychiatric medication management from board-certified psychiatrists and APRNs. Medical providers and behavioral health consultants work together with each patient to individualize an effective, efficient treatment plan in order to meet the needs of the whole person. In addition to receiving behavioral health services, Community Clinic patients who struggle with opioid use disorder can obtain care through our MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) program. A combination of individual therapy, group therapy, case management and medication management assist our patients in managing their addiction and living their most fulfilling life. We offer services in English, Spanish, and Marshallese.
