Service Description
We are currently recruiting participants, aged 18-65, who are living in New York and struggling with emotional distress during the COVID-19 pandemic, for a no-cost telehealth treatment study. Emotion Regulation Therapy, or ERT as we call it, is a newly developed therapy which has been shown to help people who worry, ruminate, or feel generally distressed. In its current format, ERT is an individual, 8-session telehealth treatment program delivered over 4-weeks.
