For over 70 years, Envision Unlimited has served people with disabilities across all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Today, our wide array of home and community-based programs benefit over 2,000 individuals across the state of Illinois. Envision provides day programs, community living services, employment services, a foster care program, and mental health services.

Our Mental Health and Wellness Center is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals that are committed to supporting your recovery in a safe, supportive, private, and inclusive environment. Envision will work with you to create an individualized plan designed to ensure you receive the services you want and need to reach your recovery goals. Medication management services are available.
