Eureka Christian Health Outreach is a faith-based free medical clinic for uninsured, low-income individuals. We have counselors on the volunteer staff, including licensed social workers that provide in-depth patient counseling as an extension of a patient’s medical treatment plan and help with access to community resources. We also have a small in-house pharmacy with a limited inventory of medications that can be prescribed for the patients until the patients can take a prescription to a local pharmacy.
