Morris Heights Health Center (MHHC) has provided quality primary health care services to all members of the community, including the medically, socially, and economically disadvantaged. Their services range from medical and dental services to counseling. Their health center has always been proud to stand at the forefront in their local and medical communities. Behavioral health services offered include depression screening, diagnostic assessment, medication management, individual and group therapies for adults, adolescents, and children, and referrals and coordination with mental health specialists. All behavioral health appointments are online, but the office is open to walk in visits. Sliding scale typically ranges from $3-30 based on income.
