Service Description
The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility and outcomes of an 8 week mindful self-compassion group workshop among individuals with eating disorders. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires and to attend 8 free mindful self-compassion group sessions. Group sizes will range between 5-10 participants. This is a paid study, with an opportunity to receive a $10 gift card in addition to the free mindful self-compassion sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
Anyone at or above the age of 18 years, and below the age of 65 years old who meets criteria for a current eating disorder diagnosis is invited to participate
