Original Path Counseling works to provide you with a comfortable space and counselors that allow you to take the first step into making positive changes in your life. We take a whole body approach addressing physical and mental health together to be sure to take care of you and your needs. We perform individual, family, couples, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Offering flexible intensive counseling programs for those suffering from severe depression and/or anxiety. Our treatment addresses challenges ranging from depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, divorce, mood disorders, anger management, life transitions, grief, and loss for clients 5 yrs and older. Our group counseling helps to address several of these challenges by providing Group DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to adolescents and adults. A 12 week program that focuses on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness is truly an asset that anyone can benefit from.
