We provide low-cost behavioral health services alongside our primary care and dental services. Behavioral Health Providers (commonly referred to as BHPs) help patients with a variety of issues which may impact their physical health, well-being, or recovery. BHPs are licensed therapists with training in counseling, social work, or psychology and work closely with your medical team. Behavioral health services are available to established STRIDE families and individuals of all ages. BHPs can address mental health concerns in our brief care model. We look different from traditional outpatient therapy in that our work is shorter in duration – six sessions or less and each session is 30 minutes or less. We take Medicaid and can help financially for indigent and self-pay clients. If you are uninsured, please schedule a Financial Screening appointment before your medical, dental, or behavioral health visit. If your insurance or STRIDE discount card has expired and you have not scheduled a Financial Screening appointment, a $120.00 deposit will be required at the time of your visit.
