Service Description
The Bridge mission is to change lives, by offering help, hope and opportunity to the most vulnerable in their community. They offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education and creative arts therapies.
The Bridge’s Mental Health Clinic offers comprehensive, person-centered, and recovery-based mental health care. Each person is matched with services that take into account their individual needs. All services are provided by highly trained, compassionate clinicians who work to create a trauma-informed community in which all clients feel supported and empowered. Clinicians provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults 18 and older. Prescription and medication-management services are offered in conjunction with therapy.
