The Institute for Family Health’s (IFH) mission is to improve access to high quality, patient-centered primary health care targeted to the needs of medically underserved communities. They develop and operate community health care centers throughout the New York area that include primary care, behavioral health, dental and social services

No one is turned away for services. The IFH also offers free case management for individuals without insurance. They have a translator line to provide care to individuals who don’t speak English. New patients can call (844) 434-2778 (or 844-IFH-APPT).
