TRU offers grief support groups to meet the many unique ways that people grieve. Each group is open to the community and most are free of charge. Registration is required prior to first attendance for all groups. Several groups meet on an ongoing basis. Others are considered “structured groups” which are held in sessions as opposed to year-round. Structured groups provide education in a structured group format. Early registration is recommended as these groups fill quickly. Group capacity at this time is limited to 10 participants for The Newly-Bereaved Group and 8-Week Group. All others will be placed on waitlist for future time-limited groups. All groups are offered virtually.
