Service Description
The Psychological Clinic works with community organizations such as the Department of Human Services, Women’s Shelter, Juvenile Court System, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), private physicians, schools, and other service providers working within the legal and health care delivery systems of Northwest Arkansas. The Clinic is staffed by trainees enrolled in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Program at the University of Arkansas. Trainees are closely supervised by licensed Clinical Psychologists. The Psychological Clinic provides evidence-based* services to adults, adolescents, and children. Some individuals experience barriers that make it difficult to attend regular in-person appointments. To address such barriers, clients may be approved to receive services at home over the internet (using a secure web-conferencing program). If you are interested in learning more, please ask about internet-based services when you contact the clinic.
