NAMI Chicago offers support groups virtually. We have “Peer Support Groups” for people with mental health symptoms and conditions to connect with one another. All support groups are free, safe and confidential places to talk things through with others who understand your experience, and they are led by people who have had similar experiences too. Support groups are for people who are managing mental health symptoms and conditions, led by certified “peers” who are on a similar journey. Please visit the website to Register.
